4.2 Purchases

While the Application uses only virtual currency with no real monetary value, any features, items, or enhancements obtained through gameplay:

• Are provided "as is" without warranties
• Are non-refundable and non-transferable
• May be modified or removed at our discretion
• Are subject to availability

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Transmitting harmful code or malware
• Harassing, threatening, or harming other users
• Using cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
• Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the Service
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access

All content in the Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and gameplay, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the Application or its content.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Application become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution to you.

• Your violation of applicable laws
• Any content you submit or share

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Application will cease
• You must stop all use of the Application
• You must delete all copies from your devices
• All provisions that should survive will remain in effect

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Application shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.

You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against us.
